I can easily remember the Treaty of Farixen from the Mass Effect series, which put restrictions on the amount of dreadnoughts all the various species can have. (For every five dreadnoughts turians build, asari can build three and all other species that’re part of the interstellar government can build one.) What I always forget is the name of the actual treaty this was based on, the Washington Naval Treaty.
